At Summit Community Church, we believe in sharing Christ’s love by supporting one another in times of need. Our Summit Care Team is here to provide encouragement and tangible assistance, whether through meeting physical needs, offering a listening ear and prayer during a visit, or delivering meals during challenging seasons. 

If you or someone you know is in need, we encourage you to fill out the Care Request form below. Whether it’s for help with a practical task, a personal visit, or meal support, our team will prayerfully consider how we can best serve you. 

How it works:
  1. Submit the Form: Provide as much detail as possible about the need.
  2. Team Review: Our Care Team will review your request and connect with you to follow up. 
  3. Support: We’ll coordinate with the appropriate team to provide assistance. 

Please note that while our resources are primarily focused on supporting members of our congregation, we also seek to serve our community as we are able.

Benevolence Requests

If you are facing financial hardship, Summit Community Church has a Benevolence Fund to help those in need. Assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis and is intended as a temporary resource for individuals or families experiencing unforeseen financial challenges.

To request assistance, please complete the Care Request form below, providing specific details about your situation. A member of our team will review your request and follow up with you.
